Please note Web design does NOT include domain and hosting; they are required to be paid separately.



TURN AROUND TIME

21 - 28 Business Days unless it is a Rush Order. 

Each design is different so the timeframe to complete can vary per order. 


BEFORE PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS
 

Be sure to have the following information ready:

  • Brand Logo ( Png Files Required) , Colors, & Fonts

  • Product or Service titles, descriptions, variants or options, prices, and photos.

  • Brand Photography [You must have professional photos taken by a photographer. iPhone images are not accepted.]

  • If your site consists of selling products, please be sure to send the products, product images, and pricing of products typed out in the word document. 

  • Your Brand Slogans

  • Benefits of the Products or Services​

  • Brand Inspiration / Moodboard 

  • Website Inspiration

  • Desired Website Page Tabs 

  • Brand Contact Info/ Brand Policies 

  • Brand Social Media

  • Any other desired info to be showcased on the website.

  • any policies such as Return Policies, Shipping Policies, FAQ’S etc. This is an important section for your customers.  


AFTER PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • After 24-48 hours of your purchase, you can expect a follow-up text with a link to a design form where you can provide all the details I'll need to complete your project.

  • Any additional details added after submitting a design form will cause a delay in the turnaround time of your order.

Refunds & Cancellations

All payments/fees are non refundable. Due to the nature of services offered, The Flyer Way does not provide refunds. Once a payment has been made, the sale is final. 

Samples & Revisions

The Flyer Way has a revision limit per project to ensure a steady workflow. If the client is not satisfied after the free revisions. A fee will be added for every additional requested revision. Revisions include but are not limited to fonts, colors, sizing, adding text, and layouts. 

Having A Vision

The FlyerWay 100% recommends waiting to book until you have all the details of your design. It makes the process smooth and prevents major revisions from having to be made. I can freestyle, but it is critical to always have a design for your brand. My vision is not your vision. So please be sure that your  design requests are clear before purchasing. Even a small vision is good enough to work with. 

Final Design

Once a design is approved by the client, Acuity files are sent in via email in formats ranging between pdf, png, and jpg. If there are any additional changes that need to be made after the final design has been sent, there will be a $15 fee.
