Weekends & Holidays CLOSED unless a Rush Fee has been paid
Any client that chooses to contact The Flyer Way outside of business hours may be replied to, but if not, will be replied to on the next business day

All communication is done strictly via email or my business number which you will receive after placing an order. I do not communicate about orders on any other platform If you have any questions or concerns prior to booking please email me.

Payment Process
​
All orders must be fully paid for before the design process begins.
Once a payment has been made, the sale is final.
​
Refunds
​
The Flyer Way does not offer refunds for any services unless agreed upon.
​
The services being offered are all custom meaning that the time it takes to create each design is non refundable. Therefore, having buyers remorse or wanting to use another designer instead is not a suitable means for a refund.

If for any reason a client chooses to cancel services, that is their choice but no payment will be refunded, and it then becomes forfeited by the client.

Turnaround Time
​
The turnaround time does not begin until I receive the required design form for your project.
​​
Depending on the workload, artwork and designs may take less or more time than advertised. You will be notified if there is any delay to your order.​

Design Forms
​

A design form is required for all orders.
Please wait to place your order until you have all the necessary information and a clear vision for your design. Your design form helps me bring your ideas to life exactly how you imagine them.

After placing your order
You must complete and submit a design form immediately. Your turnaround time begins only after the form has been received.​ I'll reach out within 24 hours of placing your order (next business day if placed over the weekend).

Time Sensitivity
If no design form is submitted after 7 days of placing your order, you'll receive 2 follow-up text messages/emails. If a design form is still not submitted after 14 days, the order will be terminated and a $50 restart fee will apply.

Incomplete Forms and Adding New Information
The details you provide in your design form will be used as the basis for your design. If the form is incomplete or if new information is added after the design process has already started, an additional $15 fee will apply per mid-process change or addition.

Ghosting Clause
​
If a design is purchased, worked on, and samples are sent to the client and they do not finalize designs after 7 DAYS this is considered ghosting the designer. After 7 DAYS of no show , no call, no response, the order will be terminated and will result in a restart fee. Fees are $150 for WIX website projects and $50 for all other graphic design projects.​​
