BELOW ARE POLICIES THAT HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE TO PROTECT THE CLIENT AND BUSINESS.

 

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU VIEW THE POLICY PRIOR TO ORDERING OR INQURING FOR ANY SERVICES

Any client that chooses to contact The Flyer Way outside of business hours may be replied to, but if not, will be replied to on the next business day

All communication is done strictly via email or my business number which you will receive after placing an order. I do not communicate about orders on any other platform If you have any questions or concerns prior to booking please email me. 

Payments and Expenses

 

All order and rush fee payments are submitted through the website. Any additional editing fees may be made to the following:

Deposits and Payments

Deposits and Payments are 100% Non-Refundable. Once a payment has been made, the sale is final.

The services being offered are all custom meaning that the time it takes to create each design is non refundable 

My time is valuable and so is yours so please communicate professionally and responsibly when it comes to your design expectations

Refunds

The Flyer Way does not offer refunds for any services unless agreed upon.

Having buyers remorse or wanting to use another company instead is not a suitable means for a refund.

If for any reason the client cancels services, that is your choice but no payment will be refunded, and it then becomes forfeited by the client. 

Placing an Order

Submitting a design form after placing an order is mandatory. Please understand that no project is started until a Design Form  is received for your order. If a design has to be altered due to requesting features that were not in the original agreement or on the original submission form an additional $20 fee will apply. 

Turnaround Time 

ALL ARTWORK TAKES BETWEEN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO COMPLETE unless it is a rush order. 

2- 5 WEEKS FOR WEBSITE DESIGN AND LARGER PROJECTS

Depending on the workload, artwork and designs may take less or more time than advertised. You will be notified if there is any delay to your order

Once payment is made and a design form is received the turnaround time for your order will begin. Please give all projects their designated amount of time for completion. Keep in mind that:

Revisions may be needed

- It may be a peak in orders received

Ghost Clause

If the client does not complete a Design Form and submit all other information required to complete the design within 7 DAYS of placing an order, then you will receive 2 follow up emails/texts.

 

If a Design Form is not submitted within 14 DAYS of placing an order then the order will be terminated and result in a $50 restart fee.

 

 If a design is purchased, worked on, and samples are sent to the client and they do not finalize designs after 7 DAYS this is considered ghosting the designer. After  7 DAYS of no show , no call, no response, the order will be terminated and will result in a  restart fee. Fees are $150 for WIX website projects and $50 for all other graphic design projects.

The Design Process 

The steps in place for booking are to create a smooth and successful process for the client and designer​

 

1. Select and Purchase Services

Select a service from our site and read ALL information related to that service. After reading the information, add your service(s) to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and pay for them. Once payment is processed, details about your order will be sent to the email provided

2. Submit Design Form

After you receive your order confirmation a Design Form must be submitted. This form must be submitted by ALL clients before the design process begins. 

Once this form is received and you have completed I will then ONLY contact you and notify you that your design process is about to begin

3. Design Process Begins

Once a Design Form is received, the Design Process begins. Every service will come with at LEAST 2 design samples for you to choose from. Following sample designs, I will await your response for any potential revisions/changes that may arise. After the 3 free revisions, a $10 fee will be applied per additional revision. Revisions will be completed between 1-2 business days. All additional fees must be paid before any revisions are made 

4. Order Fulfilled

Once the final design is approved by you, the final files will be provided via email and your order will be pronounced as fulfilled.

If there are any changes that need to be made (fonts, adding text, pictures, colors, etc) after a design has been approved by you and provided via email, there will be an additional $15 fee. 

Photos and Images 

Professional Photos from a professional photographer or photoshoot are required for all Wix Web Designs

For all other projects, images must be good quality and have good lighting to be included in any design project. Screenshots from videos are not accepted for any project

Termination of Services

This agreement can be broken by The Flyer Way for the following reasons: 

1. Rejection of several designs without giving sufficient criticism or suggestions. This leaves me as a designer to guess what the client likes and dislikes 

2. Requesting features that were not in the original agreement or on the original submission form and refusing to pay for extra services to be rendered or changes to be made. 

3. Making unreasonable requests, examples given below

"I would like 3 different versions of a logo by tomorrow night"

"Can you change the entire website design from the original request" 

4. Unable to make decisions forcing the designer to constantly change the design 

5. Harassment of any kind

Final Product

Once the final project is complete and approved, the design process will come to an end.

Please ensure that you are satisfied with absolutely everything before approving the final design 

If there are any errors caused by TFW (spelling, etc.), I will fix it free of charge. 

However, changes such as additional texts, fonts, colors, etc after a design is approved and sent will be subject to a $15 revision fee. 

 

Copyrights
 

Once final work is sent, client has free reign as to what to do with their product. I am permitted to posting final designs of projects on social media for promotional purposes only.

They must, however, under no circumstances sell the graphics to a third-party.

Clients do not have to display or promote The Flyer Way when posting the work completed, but Client may not seek to mislead others that the work was created by anyone other than The Flyer Way

Draft files and samples of designs are property of The Flyer Way are not to be used in any way or posted on social media.
