Refunds & Cancellations
All payments/fees are non refundable. Due to the nature of services offered, The Flyer Way does not provide refunds. Once a payment has been made, the sale is final.
Samples & Revisions
The Flyer Way has a 3 revision limit per project to ensure a steady workflow. If the client is not satisfied after the 3 free revisions. A $10 fee will be added for every additional requested revision. Revisions include but are not limited to fonts, colors, sizing, adding text, and layouts.
Having A Vision
The FlyerWay 100% recommends waiting to book until you have all the details of your design. It makes the process smooth and prevents major revisions from having to be made. I can freestyle, but it is critical to always have a design for your brand. My vision is not your vision. So please be sure that your design requests are clear before purchasing. Even a small vision is good enough to work with.
Final Design
Once a design is approved by the client, social media flyer design files are sent in via email in formats ranging between pdf, png, and jpg. If there are any additional changes that need to be made after the final design has been sent, there will be a $15 fee.
